Waiting in stillness. Letting truth rise.
I have spent much of the past decade working in the health and fitness industry, including years in gym management where I had the privilege of walking alongside individuals pursuing change — physically, professionally, and personally.
In those conversations, I heard more than goals. I heard stories. Struggles. Resilience. Patterns. Blind spots. Breakthrough moments.
That exposure shaped my path.
I pursued certifications in fitness, nutrition, health coaching, behavior change, and general wellness so that I could offer informed, ethical support. Over time, my work expanded beyond physical health into broader conversations about identity, alignment, and sustainable growth.
I view coaching as more than structured conversation. It is advocacy. It is strategic reflection. It is the process of helping someone see clearly — the connections between thoughts, behaviors, and outcomes — and then move forward with intention.
I do not practice false optimism. Growth is not about denial or motivational slogans. It is about honest self-examination paired with grace. It is about accepting both strengths and limitations while committing to steady, aligned progress.
My coaching approach integrates:
Behavioral science
Systems thinking
Habit formation research
Nervous system education
Faith-informed wisdom traditions
Personal transparency and lived experience
I am currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology from Faulkner University and a Women’s Fitness Specialist certification through NASM. My existing Holistic Health Coach certification was issued by AFPA. Additional training was facilitated through completion of continuing education credits with IDEA Health & Fitness Association.
My interests include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), post-traumatic growth, and Positive Psychology.
I believe growth is lifelong. I believe alignment matters. And I believe most people are far more capable than they realize once they learn to identify their values and see their patterns clearly.
